*Note: Please note that at this time, the donations are not tax deductible, as taxes will be paid on them in full, but may be at a later date as things unfold.  A non-profit requires a having a board among many other things.  Jesus had no board, so we will start without one, and we will give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s just as He did (taxes will be paid on all donations, and donation expenditures for salary and benefits will be disclosed in any year where the amount going to these exceeds the median of pastors for "salary and bonus" alone in the U.S. as published by Salary.com).  Total compensation paid for by donations during a given year will not exceed the 80th percentile (with salary and bonus calculated linearly from the values given for the 75th and 90th percentiles for simplicity, with benefits representing 27.3% of the total).  Any amendments to these parameters will be disclosed prior to January 1st of a given year and will remain constant for that year.  Again, look for "Universal Ideas" on your billing statement.
